Preparations

Excitement and curiosity are almost overwhelming right now as I prepare for the trip. With baggage restrictions and the amount of time I will be gone do not coincide with what I would have liked for it to be. 

So my resolution was to pack lightly and go with the flow. The experience that will fulfill my senses is more than any type of clothing or item could. As I prepare babysitting arrangements for my dog and my children, the anxiety begins to take over. Now that I'm at the station waiting for the train to arrive, my nerves are more at ease. It's wonderful that this opportunity has been placed in front of me as my life around me is in chaos. Not only is this trip for educational purposes, but it's a chance for me to get away and experience something in life that will hopefully be life changing for me. Listening to the bustle of my classmates and the excitement that fulfills them takes me away from the rest of the world. I'm looking forward to this journey that has already begun.
